These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of careerguidexyz.com and any ebooks, digital products, and content offered by CareerLaunch Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for collecting payment, remitting applicable sales tax or VAT, and sending you a receipt. Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change before you complete checkout.

3. License to Use the Ebooks

When you purchase an ebook or bundle, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the ebook for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Download the files to devices you own.
• Print a single copy for your own personal reference.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files publicly.
• Post the content on any website, file-sharing service, or social platform.
• Create derivative works for commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Remove copyright or attribution notices.

4. Free Sample Chapter

We offer a free sample chapter of The Job Hunter's Handbook. The free sample is provided under the same personal-use license as paid ebooks. You may share the link to our website where visitors can download it, but please do not host the file elsewhere.

5. Refund Policy

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where CareerLaunch Pro is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes relating to payment or tax may be governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms, since they are the Merchant of Record.
